I am an experienced business and technology leader with over 15 years of expertise in delivering business transformations and large-scale international technology projects. My core strengths include leading complex transformation programs, ERP implementation and modernization initiatives, and aligning business strategy with operational execution.
I hold PMP® and Prosci® Change Management Practitioner certifications. Throughout my career, I have successfully applied both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, selecting the most appropriate approach based on the organization's needs and project objectives. My areas of focus include change management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making supported by Business Intelligence.
