My professional background includes:

• 20+ years of experience in project and product management.
• 18+ years leading IT projects, programs, and portfolios using both traditional project management methodologies and Agile approaches, including scaled Agile frameworks.
• 15+ years delivering training, coaching, and public speaking engagements on topics such as proactive leadership, problem-solving, and professional development.
• 8+ years designing value-driven delivery processes focused on customer outcomes, continuous improvement, strategy execution, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

I hold the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification as well as multiple SAFe® certifications, including SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Architect, and Lean Portfolio Management.

My approach is highly practical and draws on a broad range of methodologies, experiences, and perspectives. I measure success not only by project outcomes, but also by the satisfaction of customers and the teams delivering the work.
