Delivering value for customers and satisfaction for teams, meeting new people, learning from them to the fullest, and having fun - this is my motto and a proven way of doing things.
I am a manager by education and a leader with extensive experience. Over the past 17 years, I have led projects, programs, and portfolios, ensuring product and service delivery according to PM standards and Agile frameworks, including scaled approaches. Recently, I have been focused on designing and implementing effective delivery processes aimed at providing continuous improvement and value to customers. I excel in implementing strategies and managing transformations with diverse stakeholder groups.
For more than 15 years, I have dedicated myself to sharing knowledge, inspiring and motivating teams and leaders to adopt proactive approaches and adhere to best practices. I am recognized as a trainer, coach, mentor, and speaker, and have authored and co-authored multiple project management training programs, such as the “IT Project Management” postgraduate studies.
As a volunteer with the PMI Poland Chapter for over a decade, I have served in various roles, including Leader of the Culture Team since 2021, Branch Leader, and active participant in multiple programs, such as mentoring for members, verification of PMBOK translations (2 editions), and membership in the Program Council of International Congress.
After work, I am a passionate cave diver.

What will you gain from working with me as a mentee?
PRACTICE, GROWTH MINDSET, TOOLS: Based on the feedback I receive, the most useful elements I share are 1. practical examples of solutions I have effectively applied, 2. methods for persistently and steadfastly cultivating openness despite challenges, 3. seeking and utilizing all available tools - from various methodologies to GenAI, which I not only read about like everyone else today :) but practice daily.
Good mentoring requires a lot of work between sessions, activities, implementation, and experimentation. Prepare for it :). I promise it won't be easy because it's not worth spending time on easy things. But it will be effective
