I have 10 years of professional experience in the IT industry. My career began as a university teaching assistant in Minsk and has since evolved through the telecommunications and fintech sectors, where I progressed from Business Analyst to Product Owner and, most recently, Engineering Manager.

Over the past several years, I have worked remotely for a fintech company, where I led the development of a document management system from concept to implementation. I prepared the business case, gathered business and technical requirements, secured executive buy-in, and successfully delivered the solution. Today, the platform is used daily by legal, compliance, and translation teams, supporting critical business processes across the organization.

Earlier in my career, I contributed to a variety of telecommunications projects, including the development of a mobile banking application and an AI-powered chatbot that was successfully launched into production following an internal innovation hackathon.

I currently live in Poland and am actively learning Polish (B1 level, currently awaiting the results of my B2 language examination). I enjoy supporting professionals who are at the beginning of their careers in product management and project management, helping them build confidence and develop practical skills.
