I am an Offshore Project Director and Deputy Director of the Technical Department at PGE Baltica, with more than 14 years of experience in offshore wind and marine infrastructure projects. Throughout my career, I have led complex projects from the development phase through execution, managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale strategic initiatives.

My professional journey is rooted in hands-on construction and project execution. The experience I gained on construction sites continues to shape my approach to project delivery, risk management, and value creation. I believe that a deep understanding of execution is essential for making sound strategic and investment decisions. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).

As a mentor in the PMI Poland Chapter Mentoring Program, I am passionate about sharing my experience in leading complex infrastructure projects—from hands-on construction management to the role of Project Director—and supporting professionals who want to grow their project management and leadership capabilities.
