I have been working in project management since 2000. My professional journey began in operations, where I was responsible for business processes and the systems supporting customer service teams. It was through the development of these systems that I discovered project management and developed a passion for defining objectives, planning effective execution, and leading organizational change.

For more than 16 years, I have run my own consulting business as the founder and CEO of PMO4.PL, helping organizations of all sizes establish and develop Project Management Offices (PMOs) and strengthen their project management capabilities.

Throughout my career, I have gained experience across multiple industries, including telecommunications, data centers, financial services, and construction. Having worked from both technical and business perspectives, I have successfully supported internal, regulatory, investment, and EU-funded projects. This diverse background enables me to understand complex organizational challenges and tailor practical project management solutions to different business environments.

I believe that project management is more than a profession—it is a mindset that can be successfully applied to everyday life. My numerous personal interests have taught me the importance of managing priorities, time, and energy effectively. I enjoy sharing knowledge grounded in both practical experience and established project management methodologies, encouraging others to grow confidently in a variety of project roles.
