I am a manager with over 20 years of experience in project management, organizational transformation, and operational excellence through innovative program management. I have been at the forefront of integrating Generative AI into decision-making processes, helping organizations leverage emerging technologies to drive business value.

I currently serve as the PMI Regional Mentor for Central Europe. Previously, I was the President of the PMI Poland Chapter and co-founded baigiel.com, an AI-powered startup focused on supporting project management through artificial intelligence.

In addition, I am a Managing Partner at Keepspire, a consulting firm specializing in organizational transformation, and a Manager at GSK. My current work focuses on leading AI transformation initiatives, particularly in discovery processes within technology organizations.
