I am an experienced Program Manager with over 15 years of experience in IT, delivering large-scale, regulatory-compliant transformation programs across Europe. I specialize in bringing structure to complex delivery environments by transforming fragmented, multi-vendor landscapes into predictable, well-governed programs that accelerate business value delivery.

I hold PgMP®, PMP®, and PMI-ACP® certifications, complemented by a strong foundation in AWS and ITIL®. I have led transformation programs across enterprise, public sector, fintech, and energy organizations, consistently improving delivery performance, regulatory compliance, and executive stakeholder confidence.

I have extensive experience leading global, cross-functional teams operating in highly regulated environments and working with a broad range of stakeholders. My focus is on governance, delivery predictability, and measurable outcomes—from cloud and infrastructure programs to operating model transformations.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about science fiction, board games, and mountain hiking. These interests reflect who I am as a mentor as well. I enjoy exploring new ideas, thinking strategically, and taking on challenges step by step, whether in complex programs or on a mountain trail.
