Radosław Lipiński, PhD, is a technology, delivery, and transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience across the pharmaceutical, financial services, and technology sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of strategy and execution, leading initiatives in PMO, delivery governance, IT services, operating model design, stakeholder management, and leadership development.

He has led global teams and delivery organizations in highly regulated environments, gaining first-hand experience that successful project management is about far more than plans and methodologies—it is about making sound decisions, building trust, taking accountability, and navigating difficult conversations when they matter most.

Radosław is a Project Management Professional (PMP®), an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and holds a PhD in Organizational Transformation. As a mentor, he supports professionals who aspire to move beyond project management into broader program, delivery, and leadership roles—while remaining authentic to themselves throughout their career journey.
