I hold a PhD in Technical Sciences and am an engineer specializing in mechanics, combustion, and energy systems. Over the course of my career, I have developed extensive expertise in the power and energy sector, with a particular focus on nuclear energy.

One of my most significant professional achievements was leading the development of the Polish Act on the Preparation and Implementation of Nuclear Power Facility Investments and Associated Infrastructure, as well as drafting the amendments to the Atomic Law Act concerning public participation. Both pieces of legislation remain in force and continue to provide the legal framework for the development of Poland's nuclear energy program.

For nearly 20 years, I have worked as a consultant and trusted advisor in the power sector, supporting organizations involved in energy transformation projects, with particular expertise in nuclear energy. My work combines deep technical knowledge with practical experience in strategic advisory, regulatory frameworks, and the successful implementation of complex, large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
