Manager and leader, experienced IT consultant, professionally involved in the industry since the beginning of his career. A graduate of renowned schools and universities in the fields of mathematics and computer science, including Wrocław University of Science and Technology and the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. As a Business Analyst and Project Manager, he has collaborated with brands such as TVN, ABC Data, and Vectra. Later, at Proexe — a company within the Vectra Group — he managed the PMO, Design, and QA teams. Currently, at Backscreen (part of the Latvian company Tet), he is responsible for the PMO area and serves as a Board consultant on software development processes and standards. Lecturer in "IT Project Management" and "Agile Organization Management" in the MBA programs at PJATK. Enthusiast of modern and agile management methods and a promoter of genuine leadership.
