I am a manager of a portfolio of products and projects in e-commerce, with over 15 years of experience in delivering large projects, negotiating complex deals with top-tier suppliers and partners, and developing winning marketing strategies. I have succeeded in multinational corporations, family businesses, and start-ups in Germany, Luxembourg, and Poland. My expertise lies in creating products loved by customers, defining and executing business strategies, and developing engaged teams with satisfied employees. For the last seven years, I have also been delivering guest lectures and coaching students at universities and business schools in the USA and Poland.

I have over ten years of experience in managing international teams, conducting advanced negotiations, and creating products and services loved by millions of users. I have nearly 15 years of work and study experience outside of Poland, in Germany, Spain, and Luxembourg.
