Nadja Brandys is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with extensive experience delivering complex technology and digital transformation initiatives across the banking, e-commerce, and IT consulting sectors.

She began her career in a software development company before moving into the banking industry, where she led cross-functional projects ranging from enterprise system implementations to large-scale digital transformation programs in highly regulated environments.

Most recently, she managed a digital transformation initiative for an international financial institution, introducing AI-driven automation to streamline operations and enhance business processes.

Nadja believes that successful projects are built on strong relationships and effective collaboration. She is passionate about fostering productive partnerships with project teams and stakeholders and enjoys supporting others in building confidence, developing project management capabilities, and advancing their careers through practical, experience-based mentoring.

For the past four years, Nadja has been living in Switzerland. She is a lifelong learner who believes every interaction offers an opportunity to grow and gain new perspectives. Outside of work, she enjoys creating handmade jewelry, DIY projects, dancing, and spending time with her beloved cats.
