For nearly 10 years, I have been involved in the IT industry, both from a sales and project perspective. As a Delivery Manager, I am responsible for effective communication with clients at various organizational levels, negotiations, building lasting business relationships, and the efficient delivery of projects in the area of Business Intelligence. As the coordinator of the annual internship program organized by Sii, I support young talents in developing their skills and career paths. My role in this program includes not only mentoring and training interns but also helping them identify and achieve their professional goals. I believe in open and transparent communication and seeking solutions. Each of us can be an inspiration to others. In my free time, Krav Maga helps me maintain focus and an open mind.

Those who choose to work with me can count on my dedication, willingness to share knowledge and experiences, as well as my curiosity. My best lessons have come from my failures, and I'm not ashamed to share those stories as well. Open communication combined with sarcasm. I collaborate with many international corporations, each with its own unique and specific organizational culture. I am eager to share my advice on how to skillfully navigate the maze of corporate dynamics, what to pay attention to, what to avoid, and what to speak out about.
On a personal note, I lived in Sweden and Scotland for several years. I am interested in the cultural aspects of working in an international environment, as they have a huge impact on project delivery and team management. For many years, I have been recruiting for my project teams, and I have experience in resolving difficult personal and project-related situations.
