She specializes in international project management, project communication, cross-functional teamwork, and leading change. A certified PMP® and Scrum Master (PSM I), she combines analytical thinking with empathy and trust-building. She is a mentor by passion – people-oriented, supportive, and committed. Monika values effective communication, active listening, and co-creating solutions. She believes growth comes from openness, curiosity, and the courage to act. She holds two Master’s degrees in Finance and International Business. Outside work, she enjoys Zumba, yoga, and psychology.
