What
will you gain from working with me as a mentee?
In a mentoring relationship, I focus on authenticity, mutual trust and concrete support. I will help you sort out your goals, look at challenges from a different perspective and discover your strengths. You can count on attentive listening, constructive feedback and an atmosphere in which it is safe to grow.
As a mentor, I can share my practical knowledge of project management in international, matrix and FMCG environments - from planning schedules and conducting meetings to analyzing risks and communicating effectively with stakeholders. I have worked on projects in Europe, North America and Latin America, with multicultural and distributed teams. I will help you better understand the project life cycle and the role of the Project Manager at each stage. I'll also share how to effectively manage change, collaborate cross-functionally, prioritize tasks and develop the soft skills necessary in a global work environment.
Expected level of mentee experience: Novice (up to 1 year of experience), Begginer (1-3 years), Intermediate (3-5 years)
