I have been managing projects and people for over 17 years mainly in nuclear and conventional energy, where there is no room for errors or shortcuts. Today I lead a team responsible for document governance in the deployment of Poland's first fleet of Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) at ORLEN Synthos Green Energy.
I am an engineer - I studied aerospace and nuclear energy at Warsaw University of Technology. Over time, management drew me in more and more: people, processes, complex systems. Today I treat these two worlds - technical and managerial - as my advantage.
I am a certified PMP and an active volunteer at PMI Poland Chapter. In the 8th edition of the Mentoring Programme I served as a mentor for two participants and that experience confirmed that sharing what I have learned is worth doing.
When working with mentees, I value honesty, concrete questions, and action (not just talking about action).

What will you gain from working with me as a mentee?

I’ve built processes, managed teams, and led projects in environments where there’s no space for making mistakes-and that’s exactly the practical knowledge I want to share. I was a mentor in the previous edition of the program, and I know that mentoring only works when there’s complete honesty on both sides-I won’t just nod along; I’ll ask tough questions.
