Thanks to a diverse portfolio and 9 years of experience in projects, in roles such as project manager, portfolio, account, line and resource manager, I am able to look at every challenge from many different perspectives. By constantly challenging myself, I try to make the work of everyone around me easier, based on clear, direct communication and trust. Working as a Delivery Manager on a daily basis, I am also a coach, mentor, speaker and interim manager. I have been associated with PMI Poland Chapter for 6 years, I served as the Wrocław Branch Leader, Member of the Management Board for Events and Member of the Management Board for IT.
