Michał Denka is an experienced senior technology executive who has progressed through the entire project delivery career path—from Project Manager to Head of Project Management and PMO.


Throughout his career, he has built and led international teams, including a department of more than 40 Project Managers and PMO professionals, as well as Data & AI delivery organizations of approximately 80 specialists, working across countries, cultures, and business functions within the highly regulated insurance industry.


He has been responsible for leading large-scale transformation initiatives and innovation programs with budgets exceeding EUR 10 million, consistently focusing on stakeholder alignment, pragmatic execution, and delivering measurable business outcomes.


Michał is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and holds an Executive MBA from Kozminski University. He is particularly passionate about building high-performing teams, simplifying complex challenges, and helping people turn ambitious ideas into tangible business value.
