Michał Czwarny is a transformation leader and systems thinker with 15 years of experience across pharma, FMCG, enterprise technology, and strategic consulting (Bain & Company, NielsenIQ). For fifteen years he has built structures where none existed – from PMO design and project governance to digital innovation and commercial enablement. He currently runs an independent practice as a fractional and interim executive.
