For the last 15 years, I have been managing the project and operational areas of companies in Europe and the United States. I specialize in the development and optimization of operations and project management as well as managing interdisciplinary project portfolios. Currently, as COO, I manage a company operating in the renewable energy industry, and for recent years I have been associated with the Mecalux Group, a global leader in the field of intralogistics, automatic and conventional warehouses. During my career, I also managed large-scale projects in the conventional energy industry in Poland and Europe, the largest of which involved over 1,000 employees at peak.
