For more than five years, I have been supporting IT teams and leaders as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. I specialize in process improvement, workshop facilitation, and fostering a culture built on collaboration, accountability, and data-driven decision-making. In my day-to-day work within an international environment, I partner with both delivery teams and management to maximize business value and enable informed, data-driven decisions.
