Professionally, I am involved in project management and change management in engineering and technical fields (non-IT). I am a proponent of the thesis that PM (Project Management) is primarily People Management. Due to the project environment in which I work, I specialize in a hybrid approach to project management by implementing agile practices into projects that are primarily based on classical frameworks.
My experience:
Project Manager: I have been managing projects for about 10 years, initially in the R&D field, and in recent years mainly in the engineering and technical field.
Team Leader: For 10 years, I served as a team leader, leading a team of several specialists with varying levels of professional maturity.
Change Manager: In recent years, I have repeatedly managed the implementation of changes aimed at improving the project management process within the organization, including the establishment of a Project Management Office (PMO) from scratch.

I manage projects executed by teams of up to a dozen people. I specialize in engineering and technical areas, which include work related to software development/customization or internet network configuration. In my work, I place a high emphasis on effective project team management and the quality of the communication process. In recent years, I have worked in the consulting industry, which has allowed me to quickly understand the realities of other organizations.
