I believe that meaningful growth begins with asking the right questions and having honest conversations. For more than 15 years, I have been supporting organizations in delivering change, establishing and developing Project Management Offices (PMOs), and leading projects ranging from IT initiatives to organizational transformations and projects within manufacturing environments.

I work as a consultant, trainer, and university lecturer, helping organizations and professionals strengthen their project management capabilities and successfully navigate change. As a mentor, I find the greatest satisfaction in sharing my experience and supporting others in discovering and shaping their own career paths. I particularly enjoy working with professionals who are committed to developing their project management and leadership skills while seeking practical, experience-based solutions rather than purely theoretical approaches.
