For many years, I have been a project manager, leader, trainer, and mentor.
I support people and companies in optimizing work and processes to work more efficiently and focus on what is important.

I emphasize the development of managerial and leadership skills and building self-awareness in teams. I help navigate changes, build, and develop teams.
I have experience in various industries: wind energy, finance, new technologies.
I am very eager to share my knowledge and experience, including teaching students (Zachodniopomorska Szkoła Biznesu), conducting webinars, and training sessions (Good Leaders).
