Long-standing contributor to initiatives that foster entrepreneurship and regional growth. Acts as an expert evaluator of projects for bodies including the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the National Centre for Research and Development, and the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange. Research interests span project management, change management, human-capital development, sustainable growth, wellbeing, mentoring, and inter-generational diversity.
