Served for nine years as Vice-Rector for Strategic Development at the university, and previously as Director of the European Funds Support Department at a regional development agency. Active in project management since 2004; accredited European Funds trainer, mentor, and practitioner of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Holds PRINCE2, AgilePM, and Scrum certifications. Long-standing contributor to initiatives that foster entrepreneurship and regional growth. Acts as an expert evaluator of projects for bodies including the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the National Centre for Research and Development, and the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange. Research interests span project management, change management, human-capital development, sustainable growth, wellbeing, mentoring, and inter-generational diversity.
