Małgorzata Baran is a Professor of Management specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Project Management. She holds an Executive MBA degree and has held numerous leadership positions within academia, including Vice-Rector for Strategic Development, Head of the Department of Management, Rector’s Representative for Entrepreneurship, and Head of the Project Management Office.


She is the author of numerous academic publications focused on HRM, employee well-being, “quiet quitting”, employee engagement, and the effectiveness of mentoring in organizations. For many years, she has been actively involved in project-based initiatives and has served as an expert for institutions such as the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, PARP, NCBR, NAWA, and FRSE.
