My expertise lies in project and service management with a strong academic foundation. I have successfully trained professionals and shaped impactful training sessions, contributing significantly to industry development.
Current Role as Head of Project & Program Management: Overseeing diverse cybersecurity projects with a 40+ member international team, shaping project management methodology, spearheading cybersecurity service onboarding, and leading strategic initiatives.
Diverse Project Portfolio: Successfully managed projects for prestigious companies including McDonald's, Siemens, Bayer, Covestro, and BBC, showcasing versatility in project management across various industries.
Academic & Training Background: Transitioning from an academic career, I have been serving as a professional trainer of project management, risk management, and presentation skills. Additionally, I have been conducting training sessions on MS Project and PowerPoint for project managers.

They will gain a mentor who has been leading an international PM team for many years and views their role also – or perhaps primarily – as a coach for both less and more experienced PMs. Lastly, they will gain a mentor with substantial experience in knowledge transfer (working at a university, creator and leader at the PM Academy, instructor at the Service Management Academy, and trainer in presentation techniques, risk management, MS Project, etc.).
