Hi! My name is Łucja and I can help you manage projects better I have master degree on psychology and I love planning, acting, making checklists and performing all possible optimizations. I built my experience by implementing training and development projects. I entered the technological world in 2021, after I decided to completely change my branch and left my current HR career path. And it was one of the best decisions of my life, because Project Management is really something I LOVE! But let's face it, what I learned during my psychology and coaching studies, as well as many years spent in HR, pays off wonderfully in my current work. Because Project Management is not only about schedules, certificates and budgets, it is, above all, PEOPLE! The basis of every well-executed project is, above all, communication and teamwork, and I teach how to do it better to also achieve project goals Currently, I am successfully implementing complex, international projects for one of the largest and more recognizable coffee brands I will be happy to share with you my experience and tips on how to manage projects better and manage teams more effitiently.
