
Project Manager
I am a Project Manager with more than six years of experience leading complex IT projects from the discovery phase through to successful production deployment. My background uniquely combines hands-on software engineering experience—having previously worked as a Ruby on Rails developer with expertise in SQL, REST APIs, and GraphQL—with project management in Agile environments, enabling me to effectively bridge the gap between business and technology.
As a Delivery Manager and Scrum Master, I facilitate the full Agile delivery lifecycle, fostering a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and team empowerment while proactively removing obstacles that impact delivery. I have extensive experience working in highly regulated industries, including fintech and banking, where I contributed to one of Poland's largest banking mergers—the integration of Euro Bank and Bank Millennium. I have also led multicultural engineering teams distributed across Europe, the United States, and Vietnam, gaining valuable experience in global collaboration and cross-cultural leadership.
I hold PMP®, PRINCE2®, and Scrum Master certifications. In addition to my technical background, I also hold a Master's degree in Dietetics from the Wrocław Medical University, giving me a unique multidisciplinary perspective. I believe successful projects depend not only on processes and technology but also on people. My approach integrates project management with principles of work-life balance, neuroscience, and neurohacking to help individuals and teams improve both performance and well-being.
