I hold a PhD in Social Sciences from Leeds Metropolitan University and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University. My expertise lies in corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), social capital, and business process management (BPM). I have authored numerous national and international academic publications, as well as teaching and training materials in these fields.

I am a certified business trainer and an accredited tutor. Additionally, I am a certified Project Manager (PMP, Agile PM Practitioner) with many years of experience in project management, particularly in higher education, research, and digital education. I also work as a consultant in business process management.
