Hi, I'm Judyta, and I'm a PM, but not the old-fashioned corporate type who just clicks through schedules and colors spreadsheets; I like people, enjoy working with them, and believe that it's thanks to them that projects get delivered. I've been working like this for 12 years, and for over a year, I've been training others on how to deliver projects (at Zero BS Management and on my Instagram profile) and how to get along with people every day (not just at planning and daily meetings).

I have a knack for people and experience in various industries, including fintech, electronics, cloud, lighting, and automotive. I've created hardware and software products for clients worldwide. In my project world, which excites me, topics include intercultural, intergenerational, and digital communication, servant leadership, the universe of agility, and decision-making based on experiments and, above all, data. In my free time, I rescue lost project souls and pull them out of fires, while in said corporation, I work as a Technical Program Manager.
