Project manager and accredited project management business trainer. As an instructor, he uses his rich experience gained in various business sectors and different functions of the organization. He worked in the area of marketing and product management, business analysis, IT and consulting. In all these areas, he participated in various projects introducing new products or services to the market, optimizing business processes, or implementing changes to IT systems.

He believes that during training sessions, presented knowledge should be related as much as possible to participant’s individual experience. Apart from different training tools, examples, exercises and cases he provokes discussion and encourages to experience sharing to illustrate presented issues. He values respect for others, their knowledge and experience and appreciates common sense, defined as a mixture of experience, knowledge, deliberation and intuition.
