I am an experienced Project Management and IT professional with a strong track record gained in international organizations within the financial services and food industries. Throughout my career, I have combined expertise in project management, information technology, and business strategy to help organizations successfully deliver transformation initiatives and strengthen their project management capabilities.


My areas of expertise include IT project and program management, international project portfolio management, establishing and implementing project management standards, and building and developing high-performing project management teams. I have extensive experience in implementing and optimizing IT systems, aligning IT strategy with business objectives, planning and managing IT budgets, and developing long-term partnerships with vendors, including outsourced IT service providers.

My background also includes vendor contract negotiation and governance, designing and implementing business processes and procedures, collaborating with local and international regulators and auditors, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and ensuring business continuity, data quality, and IT security.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Information Technology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking, and a PRINCE2® certification.
