Iryna Mitsko is a PMP-certified Senior Program Manager with experience across Engineering Operations, Product Operations, Customer Experience, Learning & Development, and People Leadership.

At Lyft, she supported the Lyft Mapping Engineering organization, leading 50+ cross-functional initiatives, building a 65-person Product Operations team, and creating onboarding, mentorship, and career development programs for 150+ employees. Currently at Bolt, she partners with Business Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to support Bolt for Business and global enablement across 30+ markets. Her focus is on turning strategy into execution, simplifying complex challenges, and building scalable operational processes.

She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has an academic background in Engineering Geology.
