For more than 20 years, I have been helping organizations effectively manage projects, programs, portfolios, and business transformations. I have worked both on the supplier side and within large international organizations, leading projects, PMO development, change management, and agile transformations. Among other roles, I worked at the Volvo Group, where I co-created global software development processes and supported the organization through large-scale change.
Today, I work as an independent consultant, trainer, and mentor. I particularly enjoy supporting professionals who want to grow in project management and prepare for more complex roles and career challenges.
I am a co-author of international PMI and IPMA standards and an active member of the project management community.
In mentoring, I focus primarily on practical experience, open conversations, and jointly finding solutions that work.
