I am an experienced project leader with over 10 years of project management practice in the manufacturing, automotive, training industries. I am PMP and AGILE PM certified, and I am passionate about supporting the development of others by sharing my knowledge and experience. I believe that effective leadership is based on empathy, communication and continuous improvement. As a mentor in the PMI program, I want to inspire, motivate and help mentees achieve their professional goals, regardless of the career stage they are at.
