What
will you gain from working with me as a mentee?
If you choose to work with me as your mentor, you will gain a guide who not only understands the world of project management inside out, but can convey it in an accessible and practical way. My professional experience includes years of working on projects with multi-million dollar budgets, with teams spread across different countries and clients - from Amazon to Porsche, from Princeton University to the Polish Army. These are not just successes on paper, these are hours spent in conference rooms, at project boards, on construction sites and in IT environments where every decision has consequences.
At work, I value methodology - not as a rigid structure, but as a set of tools that I choose to fit the challenge. I use both agile and traditional approaches, I'm a certified Scrum Master, I know Prince2 and ITIL, but it's not the certifications that define me. What sets me apart as a mentor is my ability to translate complex concepts into the language of everyday operations - so that you not only understand, but can act on your own.
I believe in the power of the team, but I know that the development of the individual builds the strength of the group. Working with me, you will learn not only management strategies, but also ways to resolve conflicts, plan work, conduct negotiations and build relationships with clients and colleagues. I'm not afraid to talk about failures, because each one was a lesson for me - and I want you to be able to learn lessons too and build your resilience as a future leader.
I am interested in new technologies - artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, electronics design. If you have a curiosity about the world and a desire to explore new topics, we can certainly find common ground. But just as important to me as technical knowledge is a humanistic outlook - history, personal development, relationships. Mentoring for me is not just an exchange of knowledge, but a dialogue and mutual discovery of potential.
Expected level of mentee experience: Novice (up to 1 year of experience), Begginer (1-3 years), Intermediate (3-5 years)
