I am a certified Project Manager (PMP® and PRINCE2® Foundation) with more than five years of experience delivering projects in the IT, data, and financial services domains within dynamic and highly regulated environments.

In my day-to-day role, I lead projects focused on data integration, analytics platforms, and system modernization. I work with distributed, cross-functional teams, combining responsibility for successful project delivery with supporting the growth and development of team members.

I have extensive experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments, with a strong focus on transparent communication, structured project management, and practical problem-solving. I regularly use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and solutions supporting the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). My academic background in Economics enables me to better understand business processes and the financial aspects of project delivery.

I see mentoring as a true partnership. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions—every mentee has unique goals, experiences, and challenges.
