I am a Chief Operating Officer and former President of the PMI Poland Chapter, as well as an international expert and passionate advocate for project and change management. I am an experienced mentor, coach, facilitator, and business trainer, dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, I have led business and IT projects and managed Project Management Offices (PMOs) in multinational corporations and mid-sized companies across a variety of industries, including consulting, business process outsourcing, financial services, logistics, and textile recycling.

For many years, I have been actively involved as a volunteer with the PMI Poland Chapter. From 2016 to 2018, I served as President of the PMI Poland Chapter, having previously held several leadership roles, including Board Member, Advisor, and European Chapter Collaboration Liaison. Today, I continue to contribute to the global project management community as a member of the Board Support Committee at the Project Management Institute (USA).

I also serve as an assessor and judge in prestigious competitions recognizing excellence in projects and Project Management Offices (PMOs) in Poland and internationally, including the United States, China, and South Africa.

I believe that effective leadership is built on continuous learning, the courage to embrace change, and a willingness to share knowledge and experience with others. The greatest satisfaction in my work comes from supporting people in discovering their potential, developing their capabilities, and achieving ambitious professional goals.

I am particularly passionate about initiatives that create meaningful value and contribute to making the world a better place through successful projects and transformational change.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking in the mountains, spending time in nature, and dancing Latin American styles. My curiosity about the world and the people around me continually inspires me to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges.
