I am an international expert and enthusiast in project and change management. I am an experienced mentor, coach, facilitator, and business trainer. I have 20 years of professional experience in implementing projects for business and IT, including at Deloitte, as well as in PMO management, gained in international corporations and medium-sized companies in the service outsourcing, financial, fuel, and telecommunications industries. Currently, I serve as a Manager in the Group PMO at DSV-Global Transport and Logistics, where I am responsible for a multicultural PM team in Poland. I am an active member and volunteer of PMI PC. I served as the President of the PMI Poland Chapter (2016-2018), was a long-term Board Member, and currently, I am an Advisor to the Board of PMI PC and the European Chapter Cooperation Liaison. I am an assessor and jury member for competitions evaluating the best projects and PMOs in Poland and worldwide (USA, China, South Africa). I am a graduate of the prestigious international PMI Leadership Institute Master Class program for outstanding leaders from around the world. I am passionate about personal development, social leadership, and I engage in projects that create new quality and make the world a better place. I am curious about the world and people, from whom I draw energy for effective action. I love traveling, mountains, forests, and Latin American dancing.
