I am a servant leader and a passionate advocate of tailored solutions that foster project management maturity and strengthen organizational project culture. With more than 15 years of experience in project environments, I have worked with diverse teams, including distributed and multicultural organizations, helping them deliver sustainable results through effective collaboration and continuous improvement.

I design and deliver engaging training programs and advisory services that enable organizations to achieve their strategic objectives by developing people, strengthening teams, and continuously improving processes. As a Partner at Leanpassion, I support organizations throughout their transformation journeys, helping them navigate change and build long-term organizational capabilities.

I also serve as the Leader of the Gdańsk Branch of the PMI Poland Chapter, where I actively contribute to the growth of the project management community.
