I am an experienced Leader of diverse, multicultural and cross-functional teams of Project Managers, PMOs and Professionals. I focus on talents and skills of each team member individually to unlock potential and maximize growth. I lead by example, keeping promises and creating conditions to raise and solve problems based on facts, not opinions. I am servant leader and certified project manager using Agile, Lean, PMI, Prince and Problem Solving approaches in my projects. I am a professional soft skills and project management trainer. Managing director in PMI Chapter Gdańsk. Currently Partner&Strategy and Transformation Manager in Leanpassion, where I lead cross-functional and multicultural teams to deliver transformation projects for clients from different branches (eg.: finance, IT, construction) and countries PL, UK, USA, China and Sweden. In my free time training ballroom dance, keeping the moments in photo frames and travelling through Poland and around the world.
