Head of Residential Projects
I am an engineer architect, project manager, and coach. I graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology and Warsaw School of Economics. I have been developing my professional career in construction and real estate for the last 20 years. For a decade, I managed teams of designers and engineers for residential and healthcare projects. Over the past 9 years, I have actively worked in residential real estate development, overseeing projects throughout Poland in various capacities. Currently, I am overseeing a portfolio of developments and leading a team of Project Managers in Warsaw.
I am passionate about project management, drawing inspiration from collaborating with creative individuals and navigating unexpected challenges.
Privately, I am a vegetarian, minimalist, and food enthusiast. I have a keen appreciation for good design, enjoy sports, and love to travel. My next personal challenge is to run a marathon in September this year.
What will you gain from working with me as a mentee?
A mentee can expect from me an individual approach tailored to their goals and challenges. They will receive guidance on how to define and achieve their individual short- and long-term goals. They will also receive assistance in developing tools that will aid in their professional development.
As part of the Association of Postgraduate Project Management Alumni at SGH, I initiated a training project aimed at promoting knowledge of project management, through which over a hundred people gained knowledge in the field of project management. I studied at four universities in three countries (including the United States and Belgium). I have managed projects in an international environment, working with external and internal clients from Europe and the United States.
Expected level of mentee experience: Does not matter
