I am an architect by education, a Project Manager by profession, and a certified coach. I graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). For more than 20 years, I have built my career in the real estate and construction industry.

Throughout my professional journey, I have been involved in the delivery of more than 20 residential development projects, representing a total of approximately 380,000 square meters of residential space and over 7,200 completed housing units.

For ten years, I managed teams of architects and engineers responsible for delivering residential developments and healthcare facilities. Over the past decade, I have focused on residential real estate development, leading projects across Poland. Today, as the Director of the Residential Projects Department, I oversee a portfolio of development projects in Warsaw and Gdańsk while leading a team of Project Managers.

For the past six years, I have also been developing my career as a mentor and trainer, supporting professionals in their career growth and leadership development through mentoring and training programs. I have delivered training courses in architectural design as well as project management.

I am passionate about project management and find my greatest inspiration in working with creative people and tackling unique, complex challenges.

Outside of work, I am a vegetarian and enjoy design, sports, good food, and long-distance travel.
