I am a project management professional. For me, mentoring is a meaningful conversation that helps people see their goals, challenges, and potential from a clearer perspective. I bring practical experience, together with a strong passion for developing people and supporting their growth.

As a Mentor, I would like to create a safe and open space where the Mentee can reflect, ask questions, test ideas, and build confidence in their own decisions. I hope our cooperation will help the Mentee gain clarity, ownership, and practical direction in both personal and professional development, while also giving both of us the opportunity to learn from each other.
