Mustafa Sakhai is a senior technology leader at a global enterprise software and networking company, where he leads international customer engineering teams and drives strategic initiatives in artificial intelligence, automation, operational excellence, and customer success. With more than 14 years of experience spanning cybersecurity, networking, cloud technologies, and technical leadership, he has built and managed high-performing teams across Europe, India, and the Americas.

In parallel with his industry career, Mustafa serves as a Lecturer and Researcher at AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, where he teaches Cybersecurity, Python, and Machine Learning to Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD students. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, spiking neural networks, and edge computing.
