I am a Project and Change Management practitioner with experience spanning technical, operational, consulting, leadership, and volunteer roles in multicultural environments. Having lived and worked in North Macedonia, Greece, the United Kingdom, Poland, the United States, and Belgium, I have collaborated with diverse teams across industries and cultures, gaining a broad perspective on leadership, change, and effective collaboration.


Beyond my professional roles, I actively contribute to the project management and professional development communities through volunteering with PMI Belgium, PMI Germany, ACMP, and Women in Tech®. I support initiatives focused on mentoring, professional growth, DEIB, and community building. I have also been involved in advancing women’s and youth development through the World YMCA movement. As former Associate Director of Professional Development at PMI Belgium, I led the creation and launch of the chapter’s mentoring program.

I am currently completing an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 1 coaching education program, working toward the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. This further strengthens my ability to support others through meaningful coaching conversations alongside mentoring.


I believe leadership is not about having all the answers, but about creating the right conditions for people to grow, think critically, and realize their potential. As a mentor, I aim to provide a supportive, reflective, and practical partnership that helps mentees build confidence, expand their perspective, and navigate their professional journey with greater clarity.


I am naturally curious and passionate about exploring the intersection of leadership, organizational change, coaching, systems thinking, and human behavior. I value authentic conversations, continuous learning, and diverse perspectives, and I see mentoring as a two-way learning experience.


What will the mentee gain by working with me?

Mentees will gain a mentor who listens, asks thoughtful questions, and creates a space for honest reflection, practical learning, and professional growth. Together, we will explore career goals, strengthen confidence, broaden perspectives, and identify meaningful actions that support long-term development as project professionals and leaders.
