Isaac Mejia is an engineering and technology leader with an Executive MBA and more than 12 years of experience delivering complex cross-functional programs across the MedTech, automotive, and artificial intelligence sectors.

Originally from Guatemala, Isaac has built an international career spanning North America, Latin America, and Europe. He is a Fulbright Scholar and holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering.

Throughout his career, he has led global platform operations at Volvo Cars, managed the development of an FDA 510(k)-cleared VR/AI surgical navigation system, and successfully stabilized engineering project delivery during post-merger integration and organizational transformation initiatives. As a certified PMP® and Scrum Master, he combines disciplined project management practices with hands-on technical expertise in automation, data systems, and software delivery.

Now based in Warsaw, Isaac brings together an engineer’s analytical mindset with people-centered leadership. He thrives in diverse, multicultural environments where technical complexity meets collaboration and innovation. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has advanced proficiency in Polish.
