I am a leader in the IT industry. I hold two master's degrees, one in engineering and one in project management, along with numerous certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 Agile, Less, Scrum Master, SAFe, Mentoring, and others). With a career spanning 20 years, I spent a decade working in London, New York, and Kuala Lumpur, and the last 6 years in Poland. My specialization includes IT consulting, project and program management, IT service delivery, and operational functions. Currently, I lead the Poland Digital Business Services department, focusing on modern technologies and IT talent development in the technology sector. As a mentor committed to continuous learning, I balance my professional life with personal passions, such as glider flying and water sports enthusiasm, while helping others achieve their goals. I am also active in the blockchain and new technologies ecosystem, interested in leveraging technology for business solutions that deliver value and have a positive social impact. I am passionate about transformative technological solutions and agile methodologies, embrace new challenges, and enjoy supporting the next generation of IT professionals through mentoring.
