That's a great opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute with the success of next project managers' generation

Mentoring is a wonderful relationship that is not just about taking, but also about giving. This program is not only an opportunity to confront your ideas and solutions with people who have achieved success in their field, but also to work through the problems you are facing. Changing a job, choosing a life path or a difficult decision to make are just some of them. Talking to people who have been down the path you are on now is an eye-opening experience

Mentoring inspires not only the Mentee, but also the Mentor, and cooperation gives a lot of inspiration. Accompanying another person on the path of development gives a lot of satisfaction

1. Just try it. You can always quit or ask for a step back, such as changing mentors. 2. You won't know if it's worth it if you don't try. 3. Approach with openness, at the beginning nobody knows the detailed plan - let yourself be positively surprised and take you on a journey inside yourself. 4. Persevere and evaluate in hindsight - you decide your own duration and needs. 5. Trust

Participating in the PMI Program allows you to test different solutions and see the most effective ones without the pressure of daily work in a professional environment. Most valuable? If you, as a Mentor, establish a good relationship you will learn a lot about what can go on in the heads of people similar to your Mentee 🙂

Mentoring is an extraordinary relationship. You take as much as you want and give as much as you can. Knowing that both parties are doing it voluntarily for their own development is extremely freeing. This is what allowed me to build a strong mentoring relationship based on trust, honesty and openness. As a result, both sides have born amazing rewards that we didn't expect at the beginning

If you think you already know a lot about being in the PM world, come to the Mentoring Program where you will see how much more is ahead of you and you will sail on with a smile on your face 🙂 The power of experience, knowledge, great energy and content combined with great people

Do you want to get to know yourself? Want to learn how you can find solutions to your professional problems and more, plus meet a great person and experience something new? Be sure to apply!

Mentoring is to support and encourage people to manage their own learning in order that they may maximise their potential, develop their skills, improve their performance and become the person they want to be.
What is mentoring?
Mentoring is a structured partnership relationship between Mentor and Mentee. It consists of regular meetings during which the Mentor (who is generally a more experienced person with specialized knowledge in a given field) supports and develops the competences of the Mentee. Mentoring is aimed at eliminating competence gaps and blockades identified by the Mentee. The key in this relationship is mutual trust, confidentiality, respect and building self-motivation of both parties for self-development, as well as seeking other perspectives on problematic issues.

Why you should participate?
Benefits of being a Mentor:
- Expanding the knowledge as an expert,

- Improving leadership and communication skills,
- Possibility to present original ideas, solutions and perspectives,
- An opportunity to reflect on your own goals and opportunities,
