Since 2018, the PMI Poland Chapter mentoring program supports the development of project managers and leaders. As part of a 6-month mentoring process, we bring together experienced mentors with people who want to develop their competencies, gain new perspectives, and consciously build their careers.
The program is based on an individual mentoring process that is complemented by webinars and seminars to support participants ' development.

By training, he is an architectural engineer, project manager and trainer. She is a graduate of the Warsaw Polytechnic University and the Main Commercial School. For more than 20 years, she has been professionally involved in the real estate and construction market. During her career, she participated in the implementation of more than 20 development projects, covering a total of 380 thousand square meters of living space and more than 7,200 completed premises.
For 10 years, she has led teams of designers and engineers involved in housing investments and healthcare facilities.
For the next 10 years, she was involved with the housing development industry, where she managed projects across the country. Currently, as Director of Housing Projects, he is responsible for the portfolio of development projects in Warsaw and Gdansk, as well as the project management team.
Over the course of 6 years, she also developed as a mentor and trainer, supporting the professional development and managerial competence of participants in mentoring and training programs. She also conducted trainings on design and project management.
