Peter Khitros

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Informatics of the Jagiellonian University. I also completed graduate studies in Internal Audit and Financial Control (AGH), Project Management (UEK), and Innovation Project Management (UEK).
I am currently associated with the energy industry, where I specialize in project management from the field of:
nuclear power industry,
offshore i onshore,
photovoltaic systems,
hydrogen power engineering,
energy storage,
electric mobility services,
information systems,
Industry 4.0 and 5.0,
industrial projects,
modern technologies,
research and innovation projects (R & D+I),
reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and sales,
Venture Capital.
I also develop and update the organization's development strategies and plans.
I have previously gained experience in the mining industry, as well as in the areas of audit, internal control, and financial control.
I am an academic lecturer and trainer. I conduct classes and trainings on:
physicists,
project management,
project management using simulators,
nuclear power project management,
energy project management,
sustainable project management,
quality management system,
energy sector,
Problem Solving,
Six Sigma i Lean,
Project Based Learning (PBL),
Problem Based Learning,

I am a member of IPMA and PMI, as well as a mentor of PMI programs. I also belong to the Polish Nucleonic Society and the KUEK Club alumni group.
