A pragmatic, data-driven leader with over 15 years of experience in the software industry, characterized by a versatile career path. Having grown from a developer and team lead into a business analyst, project manager, and pre-sales expert, I bring a holistic 360-degree technical and business perspective to delivery. My hands-on experience is supported by professional credentials, including the PgMP certification.
I specialize in program management, adaptive leadership, decision-making under uncertainty, and guiding professionals through career transitions into project management. As a mentor, my primary focus is to help mentees achieve their distinct goals and accelerate their professional growth. Having built my own career within the local ecosystem, I am particularly looking forward to supporting a Poland-based mentee, combining agile leadership with a focus on executive communication and leader wellbeing.
