What does mentee get out of working with me?
Every leader should experience mentoring because it allows you to see leadership from a different perspective — not just as defining direction and organizing work, but also as consciously contributing to the other person's development. Mentoring teaches mindfulness. This shows that the mature influence of a leader lies not only in transferring knowledge or delivering results, but also in creating an environment in which people can make better and better use of their own resources, make decisions, and take responsibility for their own development. We invite you to cooperate.

I am professionally involved with project management and change management in engineering and technical (non-IT) areas. I am a proponent of the thesis that PM (Project Management) is basically people management. Thanks to the project environment in which I work, I specialize in a hybrid approach to project management, implementing agile project management techniques whose core foundations are based on a classical approach.

For the past 25 years, I have been leading projects and programs in the field of IT and telecommunications: integration after acquisitions, migration of thousands of customers, introduction of innovative services, regulation, efficiency improvement. In Optimus, Aster, UPC, and PSO.
For years, I've been a "translator" between business and IT, management and suppliers, those who have to deliver, and those who are afraid of what they'll use afterward.
I know how to create a PMO that actually works, and what the project looks like under real pressure — not in the manual. I also know the prospect of an autopsy startup.
I have been helping those who want to start their journey into the world of project management for several years now.

Michal Ivy is a transformation leader with 15 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, corporate technology and strategic consulting (Bain & Company, NielsenIQ). For fifteen years, he built structures where none existed – from PMO and design management to digital innovation and commercial enablement programs. He has an independent practice as a part-time executive and temporary manager.
Certified by PMP, PRINCE2, PSM and, PSPO and and PMO-CP. Mentor in ADPList and in the framework of PMI Poland Chapter. Active member of Toastmasters International. It looks at languages in the same way as it looks at strategy – it looks for patterns that connect them.
In mentoring, he looks for what is hidden: the tension behind decisions, meaning instead of steps, questions that change the point of view. He believes that the most important – and most often overlooked – variable of any transformation is the human system that supports it.
Professionally, I build things that don't exist yet, and I like to do the same in mentoring. I am interested in conversations at the intersection of areas: where project management meets strategy, where data becomes solutions, and where a career takes real shape.
I speak publicly: at PMI conventions and at Toastmasters, where I also mentor new members.
My values are summarized by the abbreviation CREATe: curiosity, intelligence, uniqueness, adaptability, reliability. I'm looking for mentees who want to understand more deeply – not just act faster
What does mentee get out of working with me?
I don't give career recipes-I ask questions that change the point of view. Fifteen years of transformation experience (Bain & Company, NielsenIQ, Pharmacy, FMCG, tech) taught me to see hidden tensions and cross-domain connections that others relate to separation. I am a mentor for those who want to understand more deeply, and not just act faster.

I've been managing projects and people for over 17 years, mostly in the nuclear and conventional power industries, where there's no room for mistakes or shortcuts. Today, I lead the team responsible for managing the implementation documents for Poland's first small modular reactor fleet at ORLEN Synthos Green Energy.
I am an engineer by training-I studied aviation and nuclear power engineering at the Warsaw Polytechnic University. Over time, I became more and more attracted to management: people, processes, and complex systems. Today, I see these two worlds - technical and managerial-as my advantage.
I am a certified PMP and an active volunteer of PMI Poland Chapter. At 8. I was a mentor to two participants, and this experience strengthened my confidence in sharing what I learned.
When working with mentee, I value honesty, specific questions and actions, not just talking about action.
What does mentee get out of working with me?
Budowałem procesy, zarządzałem zespołami i prowadziłem projekty w miejscach, gdzie nie ma miejsca na błędy - i właśnie tę praktyczną wiedzę chcę przekazywać. I have 10 years of IT experience, which I started as an assistant at a university in Minsk and continued in telecommunications and fintech, first as a business analyst, then as a product owner, and recently as an engineering manager. In recent years, I worked remotely for a fintech company, where I created a document management system from scratch: I wrote a business case, collected requirements, and led the project to implementation.
Today, it is used daily by dozens of people in the law, compliance, and translation departments. Previously, I also worked on projects in the field of telecommunications, including an application for mobile banking and a chatbot that was put into production after an internal hackathon. I live in Poland and am studying Polish (B1, currently waiting for the B2 exam result). I am happy to share my experience with people who are just starting out in product or project management.
What does mentee get out of working with me?
I have 10 years of experience in business analysis, product management, and managing engineering teams in fintech and telecommunications, so I rely on real-life examples rather than textbook advice. I built a document management system from scratch: I wrote a business case, convinced management of this idea, and implemented a solution that dozens of people from legal departments, compliance departments, and translators use every day. I'll share what worked for me and what didn't, and help you find your own path.
