Michal Denka is an experienced senior technical manager who has completed the full path of project delivery-from project manager to IT program and portfolio director. He has built and managed international teams, including a group of 40+ project managers and PMO specialists, as well as data delivery and AI installations of approximately 80 people, working across borders, cultures, and neighborhoods in a regulated insurance environment.
He has been responsible for major transformational initiatives and innovative programs with a budget of over 10 million euros, always focusing on stakeholder alignment, pragmatic implementation and real results.
Michal holds a PMP and Executive MBA certificate from the Leon Kozminski Academy. Most of all, they value building teams that work well together, simplifying complex problems, and helping others turn ambitious ideas into value.
