I find joy in connecting people and ideas, which I do through my role in orchestrating events, enhancing communications, and refining processes. As the Business Support Services Manager at EY GDS, I guide a robust team of 86 Project Managers across India, the Philippines, and Poland. Additionally, I contribute my skills as a Senior Project Manager at EY for Global Talent Brand Marketing and Communications.
My commitment to professional development is evident in my pursuit of various certifications, including PMP, Agile (Professional Scrum Master, Scaled Professional Scrum), and Change Management (Practitioner). My passion for community service shines through my pro bono work as an Executive Coach, where I have supported the integration of people with diverse abilities into the labor market in the Dominican Republic, with a gentle emphasis on empowering women leaders.
With roots in France and Poland, I have embraced the cultural tapestry of my experiences. After spending twelve enriching years in the Dominican Republic, I have called Poland my home for the last four years. In my interactions, I welcome conversations in multiple languages, offering a space for shared learning and mutual growth.

I believe that the sky is the limit, and that all is achievable at the right time. I have learned so much of women with diverse abilities, how they were creating labor opportunities in developing countries, women that I mentored through pro bono programs. I want to further be part of a young dynamic and ambitious women, who also want to give forward.
