I am a faculty member at the Faculty of Computer Science at AGH University of Kraków, as well as a Project Management and PMO expert with over 20 years of experience in project and portfolio management.

Throughout my career, I have supported the planning and delivery of major investment projects for organizations including PGNiG, Nowy Styl Group, and JSW Group. I have led the implementation of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Project Management Office (PMO) frameworks in dozens of organizations, including LW Bogdanka S.A., Zakłady Mechaniczne Tarnów S.A., JSW Group, ARP Group, the City of Jaworzno, and the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland.

Together with project teams, I have received the IPMA Polish Project Excellence Award in 2015 (Nowy Styl), 2018 (JSW), and 2022 (JSW). I also serve as an assessor for the 4L Cert IPMA Polska certification program and the IPMA Project Excellence Award. In 2022, I was honored with the Atlas of Project Management Award presented by IPMA Poland.

I am the author of a Strategic Project Portfolio Value Management model, designed to support strategy execution through projects, which was successfully implemented within the Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa (JSW) Group between 2019 and 2021.

I have also served as a mentor in PMI mentoring programs.
